A5/5, Mianwali Nagar is a premium residential project designed and executed by Aurum Architects under the leadership of Principal Architect Ar. Samridhi Narang. The residence covers a plot area of 2705.9 sq. ft., it was completed between April 2022 and July 2022. The project follows a modern architectural theme with all Vastu principles, while also covering essential interior works to deliver a home that is both elegant and functional.

The Challenge

One of the serious challenges in this project was keeping the Planning fully Vastu compliant. The client wanted a washroom attached with the bedroom, but its position fell in the southeast corner, which is not considered good according to Vastu. At first, we suggested some simple remedies to balance the energy in that zone, but the client was not fully convinced. To provide a permanent solution, we redesigned the layout by shifting the bedroom door and adjusting the washroom placement. This way, we ensured the home stayed both practical and perfectly aligned with Vastu principles. Along with this, we also managed a few other small design challenges during execution, and in the end, the result turned out to be both functional and perfectly Vastu aligned.

We offered carefully planned basic interior works to improve both functionality and aesthetics as part of our responsibility to deliver architecture and interiors. The residence was equipped with a modern modular kitchen that combines style with efficiency, offering ample storage and ease of use. Custom wardrobes were also made for the bedrooms, guaranteeing clever storage options while preserving a tidy and refined appearance.
