NSR-8 redefines modern living with its Tapered Elevation, a seamless blend of simplicity and luxury, and thoughtfully crafted Vastu-compliant spaces that bring light, harmony, and elegance into everyday life.

NSR-8, Mianwali Nagar is a premium residential project designed and executed by Aurum Architects, under the leadership of Ar. Samridhi Narang. The residence was constructed between January 2023 and March 2024 and spread across a plot area of 2,860.5 sq. ft. It consists of stilt + 4 floors, each of which is designed as an opulent 4 bedroom residence. In keeping with the company’s principle, the project is completely Vastu compliant and provides not only comfort and beauty but also harmony and spiritual balance.

The design follows a modern theme with a striking tapered elevation, giving the building a sleek and individual identity in the dense fabric of Mianwali Nagar. The exterior uses clean lines, ACP sheet, premium stone finishes, and subtle glass detailing to create a profile that feels simple yet luxurious. This minimal yet refined aesthetic extends into the interiors, where the living and dining areas flow seamlessly into the modular kitchen, and bedrooms are strategically placed to maximize both privacy and natural light. In NSR-08 we use large glazed openings, balconies, and smartly designed shafts to ensure that the house remains bright and well-ventilated throughout the day. In the living area, a highlight wall has been introduced, becoming the focal point of the space. This is complemented with track lighting, which enhances textures and finishes while giving the interiors a rich, luxurious feel. 

Living Room, NSR-08, NSR Road

One of the biggest challenges faced during this project was balancing Vastu constraints with modern planning needs. This Project presented directional limitations, but careful planning of room placements, entrances, and service areas allowed us to meet all Vastu requirements without compromising the openness and spatial flow of the house. Another technical challenge was the tapered elevation itself, which required precise structural planning to maintain stability while keeping the elevation light and elegant. Additionally, since the site is surrounded by high-density developments, achieving sufficient light and ventilation was critical. This was addressed through thoughtfully placed openings, internal courtyards, washrooms and screens that bring daylight into even the deepest corners of the home.

Construction began in March 2024 and is scheduled for completion by July 2025, reflecting Aurum Architects’ commitment to timely delivery and uncompromised quality.

The transformation of the site from an ordinary plot into a landmark residence is significant. Before construction, the space was constrained and unremarkable, overshadowed by neighboring structures. After completion, NSR-8 stands as a modern statement of urban living—its bold elevation, landscaped ground level, and refined interiors bringing new character and liveliness to the locality. The home now offers its residents a balance of elegance, practicality, and serenity, ensuring that everyday living feels elevated yet comfortable.
